Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company in Melbourne, Victoria (AUS), Name is ' Rise Property Solutions Melbourne '. We provide Trades solutions and maintenance eg from Bathroom renovations to balconies to flooring and so much more. Our focus is building customer relations and providing the best customer service possible. Building solid relationships and providing great work. I want to give off the feel of Comfort but also make it striking that makes the customer feel like "mmm nice logo, i want to know what you can do for me"
As for colours, I've uploaded some examples colours in the files section but I'm pretty open to anything such as pastels mixed with Bold solid colours so there's a balance
Also can we not make Melbourne the focus. Rise is the focus and branding RPSM
