T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a team cycling kit design. Kit being jersey and knicks. The team cycling kit is for a mature competitive cycling group who have been riding and racing together for 10 years. We have male and females members of the group.
The team cycling group is called ‘Venerdi Corsa’. The team group name is based on Italian ‘Friday Race’. It would be preferred to have an Italian style font for the team group name, and the team group name on the kit to be subtle. The team group name is sometimes just called ‘VC’. We would be happy to see options with the team group name Venerdi Corsa or VC or both.
The team group colours for the cycling kit should include black, red, aqua. There are 2 different aqua colours. We do not have the colour codes however the colour swatches are attached.
We do not like stripes, checks, or design that accentuates the shoulders or breast area.
We would like the design to be flattering for all body shapes and the design for the jersey to compliment the jersey shape/panels. The cycling jersey will have 3 pockets at the back.
We would like to see the knicks in predominately black, with possibly subtle addition of the design from the jersey.
The final design should be contemporary and smart looking with some edginess. We do not want the design to look like advertising, but the design should distinctly look like a team.
We have attached is an image of the current team cycling jersey. We would like to see something more modern and different to this.
The cycling kit will be manufactured by Cuore or BlackSheep.
