If you could please elaborate whether the design of illustrations should be applied on "360 services catered to your needs" or even elsewhere.

design on illustrations mainly on the types of service (in the file Standard, emergency, VIP) - that's what I mainly meant. Regarding the rest - adapt everything for it to look good - you know better than me - we're open to suggestions. It should look clean and professional, the rest is flexible.

Do you mean that you want to submit that design first for approval - in the first step before integrating it into the web flow?

Not sure what you precisely mean by "integrating it into the web flow", but I would edit your current PSD as per your needs, I would then submit it and wait for your approval. If that makes sense to you.
