Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We would like our logo recreated - we currently have two version (both are very old and pixelated), we also don't love the design of them so please feel free to get crafty. I'll attach the two logos we've used in the past but please don't feel it's necessary to use this as a guideline. We are a nonprofit organization that does a lot of work in the Boston, MA area and in rural parts of the Dominican Republic. We do medical work, build clean-water wells, and run various clothing donation drives. We do like incorporating a globe somehow.
