Thanks for looking at design. You are in a right track, however, it would be good to have compact logo (similar to yours one :-)). Letter shouldn't be a kidneys as such - just a sketches of kidneys, e.g. Letter G can be sketch like a kidney with continuity to letter U (left side of U can start within G for example).
