Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a refreshed logo design for a Commercial Janitorial company in Winnipeg. It is locally owned and operated with a great reputation. Their current logo is very flat with no movement and doesn't represent the industry - it looks more like a building management company.
-The fact it's a Janitorial Company should be evident in the logo
-Fresh and clean
-Environmentally friendly
-Should feel animated
-Easy to read, print, stitch on shirts.
-Should look good on a large vehicle
-The word “Bison” must be in the logo

Prefer not to have a separate icon but a stand alone logo. The green and blue colors should be integrated in order to allow for a transition and familiarity.They have mascot they use in their designs and the design should work well with that. See attached files.
