Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're building a new home and need a graphic designed for the exterior of the house to accompany the house number. Our home is in South Africa and our family is from the Zulu culture, so we'd like to incorporate symbols from our heritage.

We've uploaded 2 files:
1. The original exterior graphic provided by the property developer; and
2. Ideas and inspiration for what our new graphic should look like.

We're looking for a clean and minimalist black and white design because the graphic is going to be etched out of a piece of metal that will be placed on a wall in front of the house.

We like the shield outline, wreaths and font from the original template, so we'd like to keep these aspects for the new design. However on the inside of the original template's shield outline, we'd like to include a simpler and clean version of the Zulu shield that is flanked by the spear to the right, the round-ended stick to the left, and the tufted stick in the middle. The Zulu shield doesn't need to have the irregular shaped textured part on the inside, but should rather be all black with the 16 horizontal blocks on the inside - happy to reduce the number of horizontal blocks to 12 (i.e. in groups of 3) if that fits/looks better. The shield should also have a modest white border around it so you can clearly see it separately from the flanking spear, stick and tuft.

The Text below the graphic should still have "1." but replace "Barlow" with the new logo text "Phakade".
