Podcast-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a podcast art design for our new show. It is called "Start Build Grow a Brand" and we've interviewed hundreds of proven online entrepreneurs and experts and asked them to share their best advice for starting an e-commerce product-based brand. I don't have a color palette however, I like Blue (but I'm open to your suggestion). I want a podcast cover art that stands out, jumps out when people are browsing.
