Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need support to re-design an adult education portal. Currently the customer has an incomplete website which should be prepared in a new format.
I have the idea how to realize, but I have no clue how to design it. The hard thing is to have a "beautiful" website with available logo and main color. I hope you can support me.

Name of Website: jeraki (jeraki.ch)
Content: adult eduction for adult in safety at work, mountain climbing, dog school. various courses in different areas. But on old webpage is hard to find the different possibilities.
main color: Ral 6011 (green) -> #6C7C59
logo: you see on top of website the logo (2 dogs and a mountain with a colour gradient).

new website: for new webpage I decided to have a navigation for each section of education. In the main area I would like to have some pictures to give an idea what content is behind. At the moment it looks terrible, so I decided to use you as support for me to make the webpage prettier :).
