Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a Black Woman owned consulting firm.

WHAT WE DO: provide insight organizations can implement and integrate for sustained organization change. Through decoding the roadblocks that prevent organizations from achieving their goals.

We focus on three areas 1) learning, training and development; 2) diversity equity and inclusion, and 3) individual employee development.

Looking for a gender-neutral design that appeals to men, women, and non-binary individuals.

The words that describe us are appreciative, independence, deliberative, integrity, justice, and trust.

Subject words include: process improvement, education, and equitable practice.

Our approach to business avoids cookie cutter and best practices.

For professional designers that are familiar with "Brand Archetypes" we are equal parts SAGE and EVER MAN, with preference toward and leading with the SAGE archetype.

The logo will be used in a consulting agency working with businesses AND for a program that helps marginalized individuals develop personally.

  AVOID stereotypical images and constructs associated with Black, Woman, and Diversity. For the development of this logo it is important that the designer consider their implicit or unconscious biases. The focus is not solely on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, instead the focus is on Organizational Development with attention to this concern and others.
