WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need:
1. A WordPress design.
2. Company is based in Sydney, Australia.
3. Company name: P3A Consulting Engineers.
The company provide professional engineering consultancy services to building owners, operators, developers and designers.
4. Overall purpose or objective of the website: The website must reflect high professionalism. It will provide information to our clients on who we are, what we do, how we do, our experience, projects we have done in the past and contact information.
5. Company logo is in the uploaded files.
6. Webpage:
6.1. Standard Web pages. Not for e-commercial.
6.2. Use WordPress. Website will be hosted on Godaddy WordPress hosting.
7. Coding required.
8. The winning designer (Winner) shall assist to host the wordpress design on Godaddy WordPress hosting services. Winner will transfer the files and configure to make sure all pages, links, posts and blogs works as intended.
8. We would like the site to have the same theme as the company brochure which is uploaded here.
9. The SSL certificate must be configured in the coded WordPress.
10. Pages:
i. Home - will have images updating every 4 s. Refer to company brochure for the images I am after. Use similar or better high quality images.
ii. About Us
iii. Services - This will have sub pages.
iv. Markets- This will have sub pages.
v. Projects- This will have sub pages.
vi. Contact - This will have company contact details. Also, it will request first name, last name, phone number, email address, comments and submit button.
11. I want a clean, minimalist websites that has a more professional tone. Please do not use too much unnecessary graphical elements and avoid loud vibrant colours.
12. Use images related to technology, buildings, smart city, smart buildings, energy savings, control system, energy dash boards, etc.

Just a clarification on where to find relevant details on the brochure:
i. Home -
ii. About Us - Brochure Page 11. And Page 3.
iii. Services - This will have sub pages. Page 4 of the brochure has main details. Page 5 - 10 expands on this main services and provides further details.
iv. Markets - Brochure Page 2
v. Projects- I will provide this list later to the winning designer. Designers shall provide sample page to show look and feel.
vi. Contact - This will have company contact details (page 12 of brochure). Also, it will request first name, last name, phone number, email address, comments and submit button.

3. Services
3.1. This is a tricky one.
3.2. Want to see a main page and 6 sub pages underneath. First we will see the main page (3.3). Then scroll down to see other pages in order.
3.3. Main Page: Three sections.
3.3.1. Projects

3.3.1.3. New building BMS installations
Like to see a similar image on page 4 (bottom) of brochure which explains that there are 6 phases for projects. These phases are completed in the same order. The 6 sub pages will be as per the brochure. Just copy the contents and images. The image is to give you an idea only. Please use a better image/idea.
This first section "Projects" is the only one that is expanded further into 6 more sub pages for each project phase. Other two sections "Peer Reviews" and "Due Diligent Report" are not expanded further.

3.4.2. Concept Design – same as above. But in here the second phase is highlighted and others greyed out. Probably three different ways/colours.
