Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am an artisan that makes leather belts, wallets and evening bags. I had an existing logo which was a JR of my name but I would like to change it to a Zebra. I am known for animal print belts as well as my love of zebras from the orphans I have raised and I feel that an animal is more recognisable than a letter.

My products have quite a geometric look to them, and I have attached some logos made for me last year which are just not quite there, they don't make a "love it" impact.

I am wanting a unique, simplified logo that takes the form of the knight in chess. The Knight represents protection and I do a lot of work in conservation. I would like the logo to have a geometric feel as I feel it draws on tribal art BUT that is not essential. I am open to any suggestions right now as long as the logo infers a brand that is creative, unusual, high end and not curio if that makes sense.

Key:
The logo needs to be able to be embossed on leather and packaging so not too much detail - most of the logos below are simplified enough.
