Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need an Emblem or Abstract Mark for a concrete construction company.

I just want a good looking logo for easy brand recognition on our signs, trucks, safety vests, everything. We are in Houston, TX so I want a good logo with brand recognition when you see the trucks, signs, etc. all over town. It will go on shirts, hardhats, equipment, invoices...everything.
Maybe try to use the rebar picture for a starting point, or the concrete hatched style for ideas.

I would like the font to look similar, but not exactly the same, to the picture I added.
