Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a small beachside cafe, that will serve bubble tea, milkshakes, coffee, ice cream, pastries and sandwiches and also offer jet ski and boat tours. We would like the logo to reflect the "changing" variety of products/services we will offer. We are looking to add merchandise in the future (t-shirts, hats, flip flops, natural lip balm, sunscreen etc.) and wish the logo design to reflect that; something memorable a customer would happily wear. We would like a friendly looking chameleon on a jet ski placed somewhere on the word "Chameleon" and optimally interacting with part of the word. The letters must be able to be easily removed, so that we can use only the chameleon on the jet ski on merchandise. Therefore the logo must not be integrated as part of the word "chameleon". We are looking for a colourful logo, but not too busy with too many colours.
