Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for a logo for my team at my company - the Fleury Team at Envoy Mortgage. It should be something that closely fits with our company's branding (general style, complimentary colors, etc.) but be specific to our team. I would like the graphical part of the logo to be something we could use by itself without the team name underneath it for different applications if warranted. Design components for the logo may incorporate things related to houses, or just an a creative use of the initials FT. The flame in our company logo could also be incorporated if it made sense, but not a requirement. The largest text should say "The Fleury Team", and then smaller text "at Envoy Mortgage". Pondering adding slogan of "On time. Every Time." to the logo, but probably makes sense to do that in post-production as needed.
