Facebook-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a series of 3 posts for our facebook page, each one presenting the activity of one of 3 physicians.
The main design elements can be the same, the only thing that will change between posts will be the field of activity and name of the physician and the representative image of its activity.
If needed the design elements can be slightly different between posts for better adjustment to the representative images.
You can find as an attachment:
- Manual of institutional identity of the Hospital (Trofa Saude)
- Our facebook cover page
- Our department video
- The representative images for each post, identified with the name of each physician
- The Institutional identity manual with the logo of "Nova Medical School" - just for Dr Jair Eletério post.
So, each one of the three posts should state the name and field of activity of each physician, including somehow the corresponding representative image, and should have background innovative design elements.
Post 1:
Name of the physician: Prof. Doutor Márcio Navalho
Field of activity: Imagiologia Reumatológica e do Sistema Músculo-Esquelético

Name of the physician: Dr. Jair Neto
Field of activity: Tese de Doutoramento em Curso - Identificação da Lesão Cartilagínea Precoce. Com orientação do Prof. Doutor Márcio Navalho e Prof.ª Doutora Ana Maria Rodrigues.
