Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I started a company which will be named Creating Mediation.
My job is mediator. I help people to resolve their conflict. by using the right intervention techniques, people will communicate better and find a solution to their problem themselves.
I conduct mediation conversations between people who are in conflict. I help them to find a solution for their conflict. I help people feel empowered in their personal lives but also in their work-life. Also, we'd like to have the logo in Dutch.

I do mediation conversations for all branches of service. But I focus especially on employees and employers who have a conflict with each other. or employees among themselves.

For example a propeller. On the top left wing will be the word 'Verbinding', which means connection. On the top right wing, the word resultaat, which means "result'. On the lower left wing is written 'waarborgen', which means 'guarantee' and on the lower right wing is written 'begeleiding' which means 'accompaniment'. And again we would like to have the words in the dutch. For the design; I love a chique and business, personal and warm. For example; Royal blue, dark/light gray, black, gold and/or even white.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• I want a propeller or part of it in my logo. the propeller is a metaphor for the power that arises when we start conversations with mediation.

Schön zu haben

• I want a business look but it also has to radiate strength and warmth. I think that's very important. I also like the colors (dark) blue or dark grey, black, white and gold.

Sollte nicht haben

• I don't want any frills. the profession of mediator is serious, but the colors or my logo may be beautiful and authentic.
