Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are creating a workbook for American Indian and Alaska Native people about dementia and Alzheimer's. We would like a simple single graphic of rivers with tributaries representing the types and percentage of dementia for an American Indian and Alaska Native Audience. We are looking for a conceptual interpretation that ties into a story about rivers later in the workbook.

Ultimately we have about a 5"x 5" space for the image on the page. It may be taller if needed but preferably not wider than 4-5". The size of the "tributaries" feeding into the main river/body of water should be scaled to the size/% of types of dementia.
Alzheimer's disease is most common and represents 60% of cases of dementia,
vascular dementia is about 5-10% of cases,
mixed dementia is about 10% of cases,
frontotemporal is 5-10% of less
Lewy body represents 5-10% of cases

You do NOT need to include the % but please include the name of each type of dementia above.

We aren't look for super intricate detail on the image so that it fits with the imagery in the rest of the workbook.

I've attached some public images that have been used to show people the types of dementia, but NONE use the river concept we are looking for. We definitely want bodies of water.

I've also attached the logo for our program "Dementia Friends" so you can see what colors are used in the workbook and a general idea of the style.
