Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking to rebrand and redesign our logo.
It should have the same design basis (house in a balloon) but should me more finessed and less cartoony. The colours should be something around grey/black/gold/silver. We want to convey the feeling of luxury, love for detail, groundedness and excellence. The logo should be detailed, not boxy, should convey lightness but stand strong.
It doesn't need to say anything. the upload in blue white is our actual logo and the other examples are what we tried out and of which we liked the color, but we thought its too bulky and unrefined. It should be grandiose, as it should convey what our brands stand for: commitment to growth, excellence, luxury, great customer service, creativeness and finesse.
