Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have run a successful tutoring business Master Key Mentoring (MKM) for the last 6 years. I am now putting my expertise and teaching resources online. I need a new logo design for the new online division of my company: "ATAR Accelerator Academy". It will be an online learning platform for high school English students who can access different tiers of membership to provide them with their own, independent study tools. The ATAR Accelerator Academy will host a variety of material such as video tutorials, PowerPoints, study guides, cheat sheets, worksheets and quizzes. I would like to see designs that capture 'motivation' and 'independence' and 'excellence' and are different colours to my existing branding (files attached).
The logo should also capture a level of expertise and professionalism as most clients will be from private, elite schools.
It should be modern and minimalistic to also evoke a feeling of contemporary learning and not traditional "old school" education.
