Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are opening a cafe/restaurant located in Australia's, Sydney, CBD offering an extensive breakfast and Roast lunch menu with a strong emphasis on coffee sales both in house and take away.
Our clientele are mainly corporate's working in finance, education and banking.
We have a unique Rotisserie offering flame grill roasts and and gourmet salads for lunch, that no other competitor has near us. Our Roasts, chicken , beef, and porchetta will be the main focus of our menu and brand. I have attached menu board of previous owners.
We are seeking a logo design that would possibly incorporate a flame somewhere in the design or a double RR for roast republic. We want a modern design with 1-2 colours possibly only black and red with not too much red. We want our brand name to be bold and the logo blended in if possible. The logo design will be used for multiple signage points.
We need the design to be used as branding on our take away coffee cups our disposable packaging such as take away lunch boxes, for burgers and chickens etc.
We would also require the design of our web page and social media platforms. I have also attached the dimensions of the blade sign that requires the logo brand to fit in and also attached pictures of where the previous owners had signage and we will replace with our brand.
