Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo and associated branding style (colour palette, fonts etc.) for my company that makes kids' bibs that are waterproofed with beeswax. These are plastic-free and nearly zero-waste (made from waste/recycled material), with 100% locally sourced materials. The driving idea behind the company (still only a side project) is to provide a small but easy way for families to tread more lightly on the earth. Therefore, the logo should give a friendly and safe impression, echoing our mission from both family and environmental perspectives, and similarly it should be simple/low-key. The logo should also be fun/informal/accessible. I have imagined a very basic flying bee along with the text "Beebs", but am very open to other suggestions. The logo should ideally work in black and brown, as I intend to use packaging with monochrome printing on recycled (usually brown/beige) card, but the colour scheme that will be used on websites, signage etc. can be more complex. I am based in Finland, so the logo should appeal to the Nordic aesthetic style.
This is part of a group of companies being launched over the next year or so, so there is potential (but no guarantee) for continued work with the accepted designer.
