Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a young lady's (13) Bat Mitzvah event in London. We would like this logo to work for a NEON light sign that will be made - along with printing on invitations and table menus etc - and also to be able to work on fabric - as we are going to print on to T.shirts and Sweatshirts. It needs to look clean and easy to print .. it should not be over complicated - which will ultimately add costs to the printing etc. It will be based around 3 hearts that look neon .. probably to be printed in bright pink (she loves pink and purple). It should have her name written in a script style writing. We need to have a variety of files for the different formats and sizes to suit the above mentioned applications. I HAVE ATTACHED SOME IMAGES THAT SHE LIKES. THE DOUBLE LINE HEART IN PINK AND BLUE - THE NAME IMOGEN BUT THE TEXT OF THE PINK 'IMMY'
I have attached a visual that she likes and we can use this as a base style.
Please note she has now decided on Imogen rather than Immy
