Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new company based in Canada. It will develop content to share around the world. It will look to clarify common misconceptions and look to educate on the right usage of individual rights and all the consequences that would follow given their right implementation. Name of the company is IURA which means "right" in latin. (as human rights, not being correct) I would like to logo to be simple, to show "intellecuality", optimism. I like the idea of using a symbol or creating a symbol similar to what I uploaded.
Other words to describe what I want: integration, knowledge integration, universal, morality. Guidance, clarity, light. I like the idea of IURA been at the top as I feel above anything is the individual right of each person. Logo doesn't have to be in capital letters
