Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our new real estate company located in Santa Clarita, California

Assets we Like
1. We like the circle (see attached Image)
2. We like the black background (see attached Image)
3. We like the teal and white color font and how it contrast with the black.
4. The font can be changed, but it needs to be clean, clear, and bold. However, the words can be moved around or adjusted in size.
5. As far as the image, we would like to have it include a skyline and a house. But the skyline CAN'T be of a city skyline, perhaps a nature skyline of mountains and/or palm trees. Attached are a couple of images we were playing around with but hte house image is missing some sort of skyline. We do like that image of a house, but open to other ideas if they are more relevant to what you see in the link above that represents our area.
