Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like to improve my current logo design to make it more simple and better designed:
Prosturct is a construction company based in Sydney Australia, it maily focus to high rise and medium rise buildings, it also develop its own project. PRO means professional STRUCT means "construct":
Below is some ideas, please consider but no need to stick to:

1. Consider the logo comes with "P" only, NOT "PC";
2. No more "Construction" or " Contractors", ONLY"Prostruct", becuase Prostruct is now also doing development business;
3. Thinking of 2 colours for "PRO" and "STRUCT", but its up to the designer's feeling, dark blue is not an bad option;
4. Please allow three versions, one: just the logo; two: logo with Prostruct; three: logo with Prostruct and with tagline;
5. Please allow a mesh banner 4700*1700, which has a example as per below with the old logo
