Infografik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a boutique recruitment firm and we work remotely, connecting our candidates (mostly non-Japanese engineers) to exciting companies in Japan.
We have multiple steps in the process from scouting candidates on LinkedIn, reviewing their CV, helping them prepare for their interview etc. As there are multiple reps involved in each step of the progress, we'd like to prepare an infographic to help our candidates understand the flow of our process, answer their FAQs as well as sharing "who is who".
It should be a clean and clear representation of the candidate journey with our company, to make them feel comfortable knowing they are in safe hands. We welcome any recommendation in wording/format changes to make the process easier / cleaner to understand.

The end product should be on a platform where I can easily add/edit wording, as we need to keep our employee names updated whenever we hire someone new, or something in our process changes.

Here is the wording required. Company name and employee names have not been included at this stage.

The infographic is required for the first page of the document, however we will need a second page (or more) for the FAQs so would be great to see a design that can accommodate that.

Branding/design guidelines:
A minimalistic, clean and clear look
Contrast with the logo (logo is orange on white background)
Icons / images will be great, just as long as they don't clutter the graphic
Process should build trust and inspire confidence
Meant to attracts followers/subscribers
Allows us to smoothly introduce our services/platforms

Typeface: Arial if possible, but open for other clean alternatives
