Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Vetollo is a website that connects pet owners with veterinarians in their search area. I like clean, modern, but playful themes. Our service will be very similar to www.ZocDoc.com, however instead of doctors and human patients, our service is focused on veterinarians and pet owners/pets. If you are struggling to understand my idea, please visit www.zocdoc.com and look how they organize the website. I would like something similar, yet unique, for Vetollo. I have included the png file for the Vetollo logo to this design request.

Home Page:
the home page must include a sign up button for pet owners to create an account, or to log in if they already have account. It must also include a search bar that will allow the user to search for veterinarians via company name, city/state, or zip code, and pick the date of when they would like to book an appointment.

Sign up/Log in Page:
I will need buttons that show an option to log in via Facebook, or create an account with an email and password. If they are already a member, there should be a button that allows them to log in directly without having to register a new account.

Registration Page: I will need a form that captures the Pet Owner's first and last name, email address (this will also act as user name), password set up, phone number, home address, their pet's name, the breed of the pet, and the pet's birthday (month/year). There should be a button to 'replicate the form' if there is more than one pet they wish to tie to the account.

My Account Page: This page will show all appointments requested and all appointments confirmed. There will also need to be a button that allows the user to cancel the appointment. This page will also display all the information they entered when registering their account and will need a button that allows the user to edit their information.

Results Page:
This will be the page that displays the results of the veterinarians based on the input into the search bar from the home page. There will need to be a filter button that when clicked will bring up options to filter by appointment date request, distance, pet breed served, rating, and next available appointment. Each veterinarian displayed in the results list will need to have their company name, address, distance to user, rating, and a 'Select this veterinarian' button.

Selected Veterinarian from Results Page:
This page will be for when a pet owners clicks the veterinarian of their choice from the Results Page. This page will need to display all the information about that veterinarian - profile image, reviews/rating, address, distance to pet owner, along with all available time slots available for the date originally put into the search bar from the home page.

Veterinarian Log in/Sign up Page:
I will need the veterinarians to have a log in/sign up page. they will need to be able to sign up via email and set a password, or be able to log in directly if they already have an account.

Veterinarian Dashboard:
The veterinarian will need a dashboard which will display a calendar with all of their appointment requests. They will need to be able to click each appointment and click 'confirm' or 'deny'.

Closing Comments:
If you can think of any better UI/UX capabilities/ideas to improve efficiency and appeal, or any extra design ideas that would be appealing to the user, please incorporate this into your design proposals.

I completely understand this is web design and not a fully functioning website. I am asking the winning design to be coded with HTML/CSS, but fully understand it will not be fully functioning until it is coded by a full stack engineer.
