HI all. I've been through all the designs and provided comments on them all.

In doing so i've realised that while the lighthouse is a must have, i'm looking for an abstract version of nobbys lighthouse. The real one lacks drama.

I have elevated the rock underneath the lighthouse to now be a must have. i'd like the rock to be identifiable (but not necc. true-to-life).

And remember, this is an abstract pictorial logo. you don't need to have worked in the words signal macro. It perfectly sufficient to have the logo sitting next to the words in a nice way.

All:

thanks for your submissions so far.

I've just now added some more pictures. A sketch from an old newspaper clipping and some photos.

The photos show Nobby's rock (knob) and the lighthouse, as well as a close up of the rock and a picture of a fence post which has a shape that might be inspiration for your lighthouse.

A few design pointers:

1/ This is an abstract logo.

2/ It *must include a lighthouse* -- though it shouldn't be exactly the same as nobby's lighthouse. I want the lighthouse to be a bit abstract. You might go for something between the square shape of the real thing and the smoother shape of the fence post.

3/ only *one building* -- some designs have included a few of the structures. Don't do that. please include only one building. Designs with more of the structures that appear in real life are too busy.

4/ A bit of rock beneath the lighthouse. It doesn't have to be as much as in real life, but something rough and rocky beneath the lighthouse. I'm attracted to rock shapes that are resonate with the real thing.

5/ I want a logo that works without the text.

Finally, i've gone and pushed back anything that had less than three stars. I learnt that low ratings come at a cost for you designers, and i didn't want that to happen to you. It's my first time using this platform.

Thanks so much for making the effort.
