Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have had my company logo designed using Design Crowd five years ago and it has served me well. I would like to redesign using a very similar type of logo (circle with image) with maybe a slight change to the buildings, however I am also open to an alternative logo as a radical alternative! Also wanting to get away from people referring to company as Scope and emphasis the joint words Scope Strata ('Strata' is the actual word used for our type of property service).
