First of all, we chose to make a guaranteed payment even though we could''ve made it refundable. If we''re interested in stealing ideas, probably the best way to do that is make a refundable payment, get designs and steal the ideas. But that''s not what we do. We are honest and fair people.

Secondly, we chose to pay $50 participation payment to 3 different designers because we wanted to encourage designers to participate in our contest. But apparently, some designers (although i''m sure they are a few), use this to make money and only submitting subpar designs. Maybe that wasn''t the case with you, but all we know is that what you submitted has nothing to do with your portfolio (which is actually very nice). PLEASE ATTACH A PICTURE OF A THE DESIGN YOU HAVE SUBMITTED AND LET OTHERS JUDGE. 

Finally, we didn''t base our updated brief on YOUR idea. A paw+the company''s name using black and pink, is not exactly revolutionary. A lot of designers have submitted designs based on it BEFORE i''ve updated the brief. Which is not a surprise considering i attached a picture of my cat''s paw, which is black and pink. To say that you''re the only one who came up with this basic idea, is an insult to all designers here. I contacted desingcrowd, and the staff member on the phone agreed with me on the fact that several people submitted similar designs. Again, because it is not an original idea.
