A few thoughts

- Best to use same font as book inside
- Order of items should be (only three things on the cover)

Subtitle
Name

- Would be smart to use an image from photoshoot in blue suit where I am standing.
- Some of those backgrounds in the pictures are very clean and could be used as is without cropping me out.

- I would vertical align the A in Act. Adjust. Achieve.
- Blue color scheme is the best.
- Simple, clean, less is more approach.
