I updated my idea of how I would like it to look in the brief. It should use the numbers 1776 to actually form a circle, if possible. Those numbers need to be surrounded by 13 stars, like the American flag of 1776. I would like the stars to impede on the numbers, not surround them, if that makes sense. I uploaded a terrible drawing of my idea. Also, I don't want to use blue. I prefer red, black and white. Thank you so much!!

Thank you. I see the designs that followed my criteria and the 1776 isn't very legible. Maybe if we put the 17 on top and the 76 on bottom, it would be more easy to read?
