Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking to have the top portion of our logo worked on. it just doesn't seem right and needs some creative touch.
The words, font, and stars below need to remain the same although the size of the stars can be changed as need to balance the logo.
The roof lines need to maintain a "modern" look but help our brand identify with both commercial and residential roofing clients. Also we dont like the yellow in the top portion.
