Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a ledger sized single-page edge-to-edge (no margins) flyer containing the text from the attached Word file:

The design should:
1. resonate with/reflect the conference theme (MOST IMPORTANT) --
"Disruption, Innovation, & Resiliency", an emphasis on blurring of boundaries between physical and virtual;
2. make a subtle nod to the venues of the conference (Virtual Campus online (images in doc) AND ALSO on location in Vienna, Austria) -- e.g., silhouette of iconic landmarks / landscape and architecture of the city. (Please Google "Vienna, Austria" and "Virbela campus" if you are not familiar with one or both of these);
3. be playful, fun, and futuristic, but not cliched;
4. prominently display the iLRN logo, PLUS the Cal Poly logo (under the
text "Hosted by"), IEEE logo (under the text "Technically co-sponsored
by") -- see the attached files. Where multiple versions of the logo have
been supplied, you may select any version to use;
