Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello, I need a logo design for my business. I am an independent consultant, speaker, writer and advisor in the areas of public affairs, organizational leadership and women's advocacy. The colours I have chosen for my business are red, purple and blue. I would like a logo with my name + a circle with my initials GB. I'd like the initials in the circle to be designed in a way that merges the two letters. The circle can be placed on top of "Germana Barba" but I'd welcome alternative placement ideas. The logo need to work in black, in white, and with the 3 colours red-purple-blue. I have attached below an image of my colour palette, I don't have a specific font to recommend but I'd like it to be sleek and modern effect. The colours don't need to be necessarily present in a dominant way, the effect can be subtle and combined with grey/black if appropriate. The overall impact I am looking for is elegance, contemporaneity, and beauty.
