Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my non-profit organization, called Brain Injury Southwest, which is a story of overcoming tremendous obstacles, to put together a flourishing thriving life. The logo needs to match my website I'm currently working on, please see attached.

One key element is the logo needs to look good on all device sizes, so it should be more landscape in size as it will be in a floating menu, so if it's tall it will not work in this case. Also the logo needs to work on a background image as well as flat colors.

Please look at the Images, Sketches, Documents for the theme demo, please try and make the logo mess with that design, samples are welcomed to see how the logo flows with our theme design and on a flat white background.
