Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo / branding logo created for my company. The company name is makes it a little long for a branding logo to be used on items such as hats and shirts so I would like a main logo created with the name spelled out and a branding logo created with the acronym. Main company colours are dark grey and red, red can be used as the the accent colour. Logo should be clean and modern, encompassing some characteristics to tie back into the environmental industry, however as bold enough as the company provides emergency response and vehicles will be heavily branded as they are on scene with fire departments, police and towing companies so distinctive imaging is very important.
