I have revised the brief with some specific requirements, and as a result I have increased the award for the first place (+$400). Please review the brief before submitting a new logo. Thanks a lot for your participation!

Dear Designers,

I added some inspiration of logos/ideas in the brief that would get us closer to what we need. Please review them to submit new entries.

Some notes for your reference:

1. Please note that these are not currently using one of our complimentary fonts (Lubalin), but as please make sure to use them in your designs

2. Please use the term “Advancing” or a similar adjective in conjunction with diversity, equity and inclusion to illustrate we are focused on moving forward or progressing.

3. Some versions have the “hands” images to represent the diversity, but the colors are intended to be abstract representation of different colors, but still in line with our color palette.

4. We include different uses of “&” and the bars and bullets between “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.” We also should think about using “DEI,” “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion,” and/or both.
