Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are Akamai Academy, a non-profit providing unrestricted learning. We are based in Hawaii in search of a fantastic logo and font.
We have decided on the majestic Manta Ray as our mark and have included an image for your review. https://www.behance.net/gallery/9673769/Teanri/modules/217526337
Inside the wings of the Manta Ray we would like feminine polynesian designs. Not too ornate or overly decorative. Not too masculine.

Our mission statement is :
Akamai Academy provides expanded and unrestricted learning, awakening innate gifts from youth to adulthood. Our dedication is focused on igniting inner wisdom to inspire a positive impact on our world.

We are looking for a logo that speaks to our organizations ethos while capturing the spirit of Hawaii.

We appreciate clean, easy to read and traditional fonts. Not crowded, no cursive please.
We enjoy tone on tone color and would like to use ocean blue to start.
