Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a contemporary theme logo possibly nautical, as Jurien Bay is the primary location of our cleaning & property management business. We manage & clean upmarket holiday homes. **We also have a sister company Quality Concierge, who provides services to the holiday home guests. I would like logo's for both businesses to have some link.. colours to be Navy, Royal blue, Teal, Aqua on white background; see attached business card & letterhead that I created in a hurry from an online template, along with current proof of uniform shirts that will have the company logo/name on, current thinking is of an octopus, with many arms representing the many solutions we can offer .. however I have also attached another design (from a different company, Coastal Vintage) that I love - the font & the mermaid logo are wonderful.. am open to suggestion - am thinking we use the QC in a format similar to the Coastal Vintage logo? Will also need QR code on the business cards reverse, and all designs need to be able to be vectorised & scaleable. Thank you.
