We need a logo for a website about dogs and cats licensing.
Licence, Dog and Cat must be part of the logo design
User connect to a portal and will pay for a licence ownership for the cats and dogs.

What we need on the logo: cat / dog, serious and nothing that looks like a picture of the actual animals. And if possible, something about money and city.

If it's toonigh, please don't make it look like an actual toon.

The licence given to the animal owner is more like a collar that we put on the animal, not like an certificate.
