Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My wife and I are starting (at this moment) a small batch craft gin distillery in central Victoria, Australia. We are wanting to call our distillery Merlea Spirits and hoping to be able to use local botanicals to flavour our award winning gins. I have grandeurs of this enterprise becoming our only source of income, enabling us to soley dedicate all of our time to into this business. We are in the process of developing a small handful of local and distinct flavour profiles, during this time we are requiring a brand/logo design that will stand out from the other gin brands and propel our small business forward. We would like something bold and easily recognisable on the face of bottles on the shelf . I don't know why but my wife loves the colour turquoise and would like for that colour to be incorporated into the design some how.
