Yeah about that, I'm also having a similar problem making gif under 300kb required. don't give many options to animate much. just a very simple one. i try all the tricks to squeeze all under 300kb gif.

So, I got a response from the DesignCrowd help and they told me that this project is a mini-contest and it's very likely that I don't qualify for the project and that is why I'm not able to submit to for it. For projects like this, it requires designers to have a rating of at least 2.75 for the project's design category and a positive feedback score of at least 75%.
Something I didn't know. :P
