Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company with an initial target market of California called 'homes by ELEVATE'. We are using technology to empower homebuyers and homebuilders with a more efficient buying and building experience. Our vision is to create the most compelling home building company of the 21st century by driving the country’s transition to technologically advanced off site produced housing. The logo design should reflect our brand personality: modern, innovative, technology-driven, progressive, sharp, efficient. We envision our brand to be the most innovative, leading edge process in home building and delivery. We would like to see some suggested brand color options based on this personality, yet keeping it somewhat simple.

The foundation of our product is based on a “lego-ized” concept within all of our builds, allowing the potential for various layouts and configurations by using simple modular components. As compared to our market, we are offering a quality build with more customization for about 10% lower pricing.

By outsourcing our builds to a factory, we are focusing on innovation and design in the technology of factory-built modular homes, and making the homebuying process more seamless and efficient for the buyer. We are taking care of the pre-feasibility study, architecture plans, build of the unit, assurance that local building requirements are met, preparation of the lot and installation of the home by coordinating with our network of general contractors all while our factories are building the home - creating a one-stop shop. With this parallel style workflow, this means that our clients can have a beautiful home in substantially less time and lower cost than with a traditional site-built home.
