Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a makerspace/open workshop who makes available all sort of machines from lasercutters to welders, woodshop to vinylcutting. We teach and do courses on creativity.
We need a "fresh" logo in strong colours, that is friendly, inviting and including. We would like a font that we can use afterwards for our homepage and SoMe platforms. If possible it should be possible to bend all or parts of the logo in neon (or led-strips).
Here are some ideas: The logo could include a welcoming hand or a hand waving. It could include elements from the makerspace machines.
Update 27/11-21: We also would like a subtext worded "Hillerød" - this is the city where we are located. It should not be totally integrated into the logo but an addition so it can be swapped out with other city names later on.
The word "Hey" is the central word and "Space" is describing the makerspace portion of our business.
Attached is a style-idea of how it could look visually (this is the wrong spelling).
