Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need to revise the logo that is being used right now for a concept called Purpose Impact. The program supports companies in formulating a living vision and an activated purpose as well as a clear strategy for creating commitment and participation throughout the organization.
I don´t like the colors that we use now so I want to change them. I do want to incorporate a color with HEX code #00ACDC but it can also be a darker nuance of that color. Would also like at least a second color in addition.
The final design should communicate a modern and innovative look but also be professional.
