Regarding ratings, it might be because it's my first project here, but I don't really understand what's the point of a low star rating if I should never use it. To me, it makes more sense to use the full spectrum of ratings. In my opinion, it should impact the designer's profile, because then it can help future project owners make better decisions when choosing designers.

3-5 stars are required if you want more designs here. The designer is very afraid of one and two stars. And he will not risk it.
