Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Basically I need the logo in a few basic formats for website and print.
For example a high resolution transparent background / png file version.
When creating this logo imagine it being on a shirt, hoodie or tank top of someone wearing it at the gym.
It will also be used as the primary website logo.
Summary: I am providing 2 logos for you to review. The logo to be created is for "Superior GenetiX". We want to Take the "Superior Genetix" logo (attached) and change it to the style of the other attached document "FA".
I will post the logo text here and below just to make sure I am conveying exactly what we need.
1) We want to do away with the old Superior Genetix logo (attached) and make it look more like like other attached logo
2) Let's put "SG" in the middle (I think a think a similar color effect with red or lighter (maybe thiel) blue would be nice)
3) do the first arched outline it with "Superior" on top and "GenetiX" on bottom *** If possible, maybe make that "X" like a simple dna strand (as long as it is clearly readable)
4) do the 2nd outline arch TOP with "Hormone Replacement Therapy"
5) the Bottom outline arch something like "Maximizing Human Performance"
6) Yes.....you really can closely follow the basic theme of the "FA" logo.
In fact - make ours look BETTER ! :)
