1-3 Star disappoints designers. Destroys interest in participating in new work.
Most clients do not try to understand this. A designer spends time and talent participating
in a design competition. If you don't like the design, reject it. But don't give 1-3 stars. This makes us very upset.

I have submittted a great design but due to less rating it was not showing to you.
please change your setting so you can also see 1 star rating designers.
